The original vocal of the song is Foster The People. It rose when White Dragon appeared.

I think this song is ironic. First of all, the song appeared twice. The first time it showed up was during the argument between the couple, Amber and Evan, who were being held hostage by Peacemaker. The Wife Amber criticized Evan's musical taste, arguing that Foster the People did write a song about shooting children.

The second time is at the end of episode 2 when the group of white supremacist prisoners mistook the peacemaker's dad as White Dragon" in prison. I think the director tries to remind us of the true meaning of the song and the intentions behind the mistake that Peacemaker's Dad took as White Dragon. It echoes the end of the fourth episode.

The most interesting thing about the choice of this song is that Hanoi Rocks' songs are used to bring the whole team closer in the whole series. In the BGM, they started to trust each other and complete tasks like a real team.
