How to make Leonardo DiCaprio Sexy again?

Does anyone else feel the same way as me that Leonardo DiCaprio is not attractive anymore? I'm having a hard time telling the difference between the characters he plays. It's not that his acting skills are bad, it's just that as a mega star, the audience is too familiar with his image and performance style. In "Killers of the Flower Moon," his own image completely overshadows the characteristics of the character. It feels like I always see Leonardo DiCaprio instead of the character Ernest Burkhart.

Considering that Leonardo DiCaprio will soon be turning 50, I want to give him some suggestions from a fan's point of view. Some tips on "how to stay sexy even without youthful beauty." I'm not saying we should bring back peak Leo. Instead, I'm proposing what kind of transformation might be even better and more exciting to look forward to.

1. Shed a few pounds

Ever since that picture of him running around with his belly out while squirting a water gun in 2014, Leo's public image has taken a turn. His Dad bod gives off vibes of indulgence, like too much eating and dating. So maybe Leo can shed a few pounds and get in shape, just like Brad Pitt or George Clooney.

2.Switch up the beard

Personally, I think the beard is making Leo's image a bit stale. I get that it's supposed to exude a certain masculinity, but it's making his look stagnant. Maybe mixing up the style of his beard every now and then can bring some freshness to his image. For example, the man bun style back in 2015 was a solid attempt for him.

3.Embrace salt and pepper

For mature men, having some white hair adds a complex and sexy charm. In this regard, I think Hugh Jackman and George Clooney can be great examples. So Leo, if you start getting some white hair, don't bother dyeing it, embrace it. Maybe these white hairs can bring out a mature and seasoned male charm for you.

4.Less Angry Face in the Film

It's like ever since "Django Unchained," Leo has had this same angry expression in every movie. You could say that the "chin forward, angrily expressing dissatisfaction" has become Leo's go-to acting style at the age of 40. But, after seeing it too many times, as a viewer, it gets kind of tiring aesthetically. Now, his anger takes me out of the character, and I start thinking, "Oh, this is DiCaprio acting." Maybe next time, he can tone down the angry expressions a bit.

5.Try some scenes with fewer lines

He always looks like he's putting in so much effort to act his heart out in every single scene. Personally, I'd rather see how Leo portrays calm and delicate emotions now. Life isn't always that dramatic, you know? Some of our middle-aged emotions can only be expressed through facial expressions rather than words.

6.Show some vulnerability

When Jodie Foster was 17, she once said that having a certain vulnerability is a very attractive male charm, just like De Niro. I've always found this view to be insightful. Displaying a moderate level of vulnerability and humility can balance out excessive confidence in men. I know Leonardo has a character of being smart and funny. But sometimes, when he knows he's smart, he can come across as a little shallow and sleazy. Trust me Leo, a bit of vulnerability won’t hurt.

7.Date someone your age

I think this point is pretty self-explanatory. People always make jokes about how Leonardo DiCaprio only dates women who are 25 or younger. But here's the thing, he's almost 50 now and he's still going for women in their 20s. It's starting to make that Hollywood joke seem a bit creepy and weird. So Leo, , maybe next time consider women who are closer to your own age.

After jotting down these suggestions, I couldn't help but wonder, am I being a bit too critical? Should I really anticipate an actor to live up to the audience's expectations when it comes to looks and personal life? Maybe it's just my fussiness. Anyway, I'll still be a fan of Leo and catch every new flick he's in. I simply hope that in his next movie, I can get lost in the story without constantly thinking about him being Leonardo DiCaprio. Just get swept away by a charming middle-aged male character. That's all I'm asking for, you know?
