Godzilla 1998

Godzilla 98. not a great godzilla film but not a terrible monster movie. New York city was a confusing setting as if gino is a lizard why out of all places in the world would gino go to new york city ? The human characters are a mix of dumb to great as the best Character is Philippe Roaché played brilliantly by Jean Reno and the worst character of the film is Audrey played by Maria Pattilo. The us military was another character , the us army did more damage to the city then Godzilla, the us navy did better at taking down Godzilla... or so they thought. They later find out Godzilla is pregnant and is nesting in Madison Square Garden. Nick, Audrey, Phillppe and Animal exit Madison square garden right before the air force blows the world's famous arena up. The group makes it to a taxi and they have a chase from godzilla all the way to the Brooklyn Bridge. Gino gets stuck in the cables on the bridge and the air force takes gino down and all was good in new york. Guilty pleasure film at best its a film where you can turn your brain off and have a good time.
