Is 'Obsession' probably the best movie of the year?

I watched ‘Obsession’ last night on the cinema and… OMFG

I've seen many films this year and I haven't seen the ones at Cannes yet but I'm pretty sure that this film is probably the best of the year.

I mean… it could compete with ‘Proyect Hail Mary’, ‘Disclosure Day’ and ‘The Odyssey’. And it's so crazy that Science Fiction and Horror genres are the best of the year.

The dramas and comedies of the year are so lame and not interesting enough that it seems that horror is at the top of the game.

The amount of uniqueness and anxiety that ‘Obsession’ gave me with a low budget and a interesting story truly amaze me.

What's the best of 2026 so far?
