Detective Augusto Terzi must investigate a series of bloody murders that leave various paths open, from revenge to esotericism. With him will be the confident Calcabrini and Inspector Vanessa Mobile.

Blood on the Deck follows three teams of American Heroes as they enter the world of competitive sportsfishing. One team is comprised of veterans, one of law enforcement officers, and one of firefighters. Each team is assigned to one of the three hosts who will then attempt to whip the teams into shape. A short three day qualifying tournament is held to determine which team will go on to compete in the actual tournament for the big cash prize!!!

Much of the story is taken from the Norwegian film Veiviseren from 1987 by Nils Gaup. Nils Gaup was inspired by Sami legends in which Russian-Tjuder or Karelian-Tjuder are overcome by a Sami Pathfinder. There are many indications that the background for the legends is Karelian robbery against the Sami in the 12th and 13th centuries.

In the black and white "Horror," a scientist isolates the elixir of human sexuality, drinks it, and becomes a festering, contagious murderer; a female colleague who loves him tries to help, to her peril. In "Homo," a prisoner in Fontenal prison is drawn to an inmate whom he knew some years before, at Baton juvenile institute, and whose humiliations he witnessed. This story is told in dim light, except for the bright flashbacks.

In Bucharest, Rebecca finds her sister Michelle in the catacombs of an old castle and kills Radu with a dagger. They flee, but Michelle is incapable to leave the dark place since the sun is shinning outside. Rebecca promises to wait for her until the night, but Michelle is captured by Mummy that uses her blood to revive Radu. Rebecca and Mel try to convince Lieutenant Marin to bring the police to the catacombs to look for Michelle. The Chief of Police is skeptic and Mel summons his CIA friend Bob to help him to hunt the vampire Radu and rescue Michelle. Will they succeed?

A rural Arkansas (spelled "Arkensaw" in the film) town is besieged by extraterrestrial giant worms who reanimate dead bodies. A group of various individuals barricade themselves inside an old hotel while zombies and worms attack from all sides. Eventually the military is called in to quell the situation.
