With four daughters of marrying age, the widowed paterfamilias, Prokopis, has his work cut out for him. The rebellious Fouli is a sports aficionado; the industrious Mary is always working in the office; the romantic poetess, Thalia, dreams of writing her magnum opus, and lastly, Lola, the youngest of them all, is simply a carefree young lady. Undoubtedly, the girls cherish their freedom, and they are not prepared to make a commitment; however, when Lola accepts her father's proposal to marry the elegant forester, Alkis, things will take a turn for the unexpected. Now, they all want to walk down the aisle with the only suitor who has ever set his foot in their home; nevertheless, Alkis seems enchanted by the household's unknown female artist of a beautiful painting. Will Alkis find his true soulmate?
