Aaron Walker Matis

Aaron Walker Matis is a non-union actor working in Los Angeles. He is represented by Shawn Brogan of The Brogan Agency. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania-Yup! The Electric City!-where he fell in love with acting. From 2012-16, he attended Swarthmore College where he studied Shakespeare, Stanislavski, Chekhov, Molière, Commedia dell'Arte, Movement, Neutral Mask, and Melodrama with Elizabeth Stevens (Yale), James Magruder (Yale), Quinn Bauriedel (Jacques Lecoq School), and Allen Kuharski (Berkeley). Aaron is a leading man, often cast as active-duty military or romantics, as well as young superheroes, medical professionals, redeemable frat stars, and silver-spoon douche bags. He maintains his fitness, both emotional and physical, through scene study and monologue training with Anthony Cronin (Artistic Director, Theatre for A Small Space) in tandem with an extensive exercise program.
