Sophia Hammons

Known for playing characters who are adventurous, determined, and wise beyond their years, Sophia made her feature debut in the Netflix docudrama The Social Dilemma, playing the phone-obsessed girl Isla alongside Skyler Gisondo and Kara Hayward. The film premiered at Sundance and was nominated for seven Emmy Awards. Sophia will appear next as the sweet but tough Amy Winston in the Disney Channel/Disney+ comedy Under Wraps and as the soft-spoken but strong-willed Alma in the romantic drama Keyhole Garden, with Zoe Saldana, Garrett Hedlund, and Tom Waits. Sophia was born in South Pasadena, California and moved to Boulder, Colorado at the age of six.
