Biography

Khiyla Aynne is a 13-year-old Canadian-born actress whose first on screen appearance came when she performed as a Featured Guest on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in 2017. In 2019 she was invited back to the Warner Brothers Lot as one of Ellen's Little Helpers for her 12 Days of Giveaways. In her darkest role to date Khiyla can be seen as 'Jenny' in the highly anticipated Netflix feature film adaptation "Nightbooks" directed by David Yarovesky (Brightburn) and based on the J.A. White children's horror-fantasy novel. Khiyla is best known for her role as Series Lead 'Trish' in "Ponysitters Club" a Netflix Original Series that ran for two seasons and included two spin off feature films "Ponysitters Club: Fun at The Fair" and "Ponysitters Club: The Big Sleepover". In addition, Khiyla was cast in the Netflix dance feature film "Work It" produced by Alicia Keys and was a Featured Guest (Hip Hop) on CBC Gem's award winning series "The Move III" starring 9 young performers from across Canada.
