Darcy Kriegsman

Darcy is an award-winning, American actress, originally from Pekin, Illinois, and has resided in the Carbondale, IL area since arriving for graduate school in 1986. After a lifelong career in brain-injury rehabilitation as a behavior analyst/case manager, she enjoyed an early retirement to focus on family and quality of life, and to immerse herself in meaningful leisure pursuits. Her community theater credits include leading roles in "Blithe Spirit", "Last of the Red Hot Lovers", and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?", among others. Darcy has appeared in several full-length movies and over 20 short films. Her interests include hiking/trail running, dance/fitness, cycling, and travel, and she has an extensive background in dance as well as community theater, spanning most of her life.
