The Tonight Show Band

During the Conan O'Brien tenure (2009-10), The Tonight Show Band consisted of the musicians from the band The Max Weinberg 7. Conan brought them over from his previous show Late Night with Conan O'Brien (1993), when he took over as the host in 2009. The bandleader Max Weinberg played the drums and with him were: Scott Healy, keyboards; Mike Merritt, bass; Mark 'Love Man' Pender, trumpet; Richie 'La Bamba' Rosenberg, trombone; Jerry Vivino, saxophone; Jimmy Vivino, guitar and James Wormworth, percussion. Also Ronnie Gutierrez would occasionally fill in for percussion.
