Biography

Richard Eick is an American born actor, writer, and producer. His Brazilian mother and Bulgarian father raised him in central New Jersey. In 2013, he earned his BFA in cinematography from The School of Visual Arts in New York City. He studied production with American Society of Cinematographers member, Dejan Georgevich and acting with American independent filmmaker, Talia Lugacy. After moving to Los Angeles in 2015, he co-founded new media and stage production creative group, Channel D Productions. In 2018, he graduated from The Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown School of Dramatic Arts in Santa Monica. He studied under both studio artistic directors; D.W. Brown and Joanne Baron. He is also the former drummer of New Jersey hardcore/screamo band, Sakita Sarra, which later evolved into experimental rock band, Atikas Arras. He also plays drums for Los Angeles based hip hop / rock band Naki.
