Biography

Daniel Croix is an American actor in film, television, and theatre. He trained at the Conservatory of Theatre Arts & Film at Purchase College and joins the ranks of notable alumni such as Constance Wu, Parker Posey, Edie Falco, and Stanley Tucci. Daniel moved to Harlem after graduation and took on apprenticeships with The American Theatre Wing and National Black Theatre. He appeared in the New York Times Critic Pick: Kenny Leon's 'Much Ado About Nothing' alongside Danielle Brooks (Orange Is the New Black) and Jeremie Harris (Fargo). Shortly after he began starring as Jason in the white-house drama 'The Oval' on BET. While not on set, he lives between Los Angeles, Hawaii, and NYC. As an advocate of environmental justice, he promotes an Eco-friendly lifestyle and does boots-on-the-ground rain forest preservation. He serves on the advisory board of Ujima Company Inc., a multi-ethnic theatre company dedicated to preserving and uplifting the traditions of African American storytelling.
