Biography

Tian Jiao Zi "Selinda" Zhou is a director and editor from Toronto, Canada, known for Miller & Son and Indigo Valley. The film she edited got shortlisted for an Oscar at 92nd Academy Award, and also the film won the gold medal Student Academy Award, the BAFTA Student Film Award, and nominated for the Grand Prix at Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, as well as other 60 film festivals internationally. Selinda graduated with a MFA in Film Editing from American Film Institute, and B.A. in Culture and Expression and a diploma in Digital Media Arts in Canada. She has directed and edited short films, including documentaries, music videos and concerts. In 2014, she appeared in the movie TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION. She also performed her new single on TRANSFORMERS Gala Appreciation Night; and as bilingual MC, she hosted the movie premiere.
