David Callanan

David is a native Bostonian and is the youngest of six boys raised by his parents Callanan, James and Callanan, Ursula. He has a wife and two daughters and he has worked a variety of jobs from janitor to manager to support himself through HS and college. That work providing extensive life experiences from which he draws on as an actor. David grew up with a love of TV, The Big Screen, film actors and the characters they portrayed. Before becoming a professional actor, David's artistic outlet was music. Always a dramatic front man, it was acting in music videos that eventually led him to realize his dream of a career as a film actor. David began work as a professional actor by taking a chance on an open call for Black Mass and while working for three days onset it was a revelation as to what he wanted to be. Only a few weeks later, he auditioned for a principal role in Spotlight. He was not cast but at the call back the director encouraged him to pursue film acting professionally and si
