Biography

Dana Lynn Loesch is an American conservative political activist, commentator, talk radio host, and author who serves as a spokesperson for the National Rifle Association. Loesch was raised by her mother, Gale Eaton, in an extended family of Southern Baptists. She has said she had a Cherokee ancestor who was removed from their land on the Trail of Tears as well as a paternal grandmother of Irish descent. Her father and siblings' details are unknown. She graduated from Fox High School in Arnold, Missouri and later went to attend St. Louis Community College at Meramec. She got transferred to Webster University to study journalism on Scholarship but she had to drop out from the college because of her early pregnancy. Dana Loesch's original brand of young, punk-rock, conservative irreverence has found a fast-growing audience in multiple mediums.
