Julie Gautier

Julie Gautier, born 1979. November 19 Saint-Louis (Reunion), a freediver, director, model and French dancer. Her mother is a dance teacher, who gave her the passion for dancing at a very young age. Her father, an underwater hunter, introduced her to this activity when she was eleven years old. In an indirect way, she discovered freediving as a sport around the age of 18, which she practiced until 2009, when she completely turned to his artistic career. She gained the greatest recognition with her short film Ama (2018).
