Phillip John Hastings

Phillip John Hastings is a Sydney based Actor, Producer and Screenwriter. Born and raised in the upper Blue Mountains of NSW Hastings developed a deep passion for the Australian screen from an early age. Following his service as a Soldier in the Australian Regular Army, Hastings chose to train as a professional male model with the June Dally Watkins Company in 1989 and was immediately picked up for regional television, magazine and newspaper advertising campaigns in Queensland. Whilst later serving as a police detective, Hastings went on to become the Public Affairs Officer for the Australian Federal Police in Western Australia and eventually transitioned into professional film productions by 2006. With more than 40 commercial and independent Television, short and feature film appearances behind him, Hastings is now also forging a career as a producer, project developer and consultant whilst still regularly appearing in a variety of acting roles in various films and TV commercials.
