Biography

Award-winning actor, director, producer Torsten Colijn was born in The Netherlands and studied Acting for Film at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. He has worked on numerous productions for film, television and theater and he is known for The Revelator (2017), The Prime Minister (2016), Rose (V) (2015), Beatrix, Orange Under Fire (2012), Pizza Maffia (2011). Torsten won the prize of 'Best Actor' at the 48 Hour Film Project Amsterdam. He was nominated 'Best Ensemble Cast (short)' for his role in the film 'Leben - Life' by the FirstGlance Film Festival Los Angeles. He was also nominated for 'Best Actor' at the 48 Hour Film Project Cinekid Amsterdam.
