Biography

Miguel is a "Caraqueño" . A Venezuelan raised and Chicago based actor. After trying his luck with graphic design, sound engineering, T.V and Film production and a very short but intense rock vocalist career, he began his formal training as an actor in the late 90's in Venezuela. After migrating back to the USA in 2001, he continued to deepen his knowledge with years of training in the Meisner technique and Viewpoints. He was the Winner of Best Actor at the 16th Indie Gathering International Film Festival for his lead role as Gustavo on "Lady of The Dead". He was also Nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy Short Film at 2018 Coachella Official Latino Film and Arts Festival for his role as Victor Junco in the award winning "Una Mujer Sin Precio (1961)" When not directing or acting, Miguel loves to listen to lots of rock, read thick books, collect Vinyls, watch foreign films and cook food that could make him the next Top Chef.
