Michelle Liu Coughlin

A Connecticut native, Michelle Liu Coughlin was born in Plainfield to Mei (waitress/high stakes blackjack dealer) and Arthur Coughlin (homebuilder/contractor). She is the youngest of two children. Acting and music were her passions from a very young age, and at the Norwich Free Academy, she took part in a variety of performance opportunities. Having played basketball, soccer, and softball as a child, Michelle grew up to be an avid sports fan. After playing basketball for 10 years, she dreamed of playing point guard for the UConn Huskies but instead decided to pursue a career in the arts. Prior to moving to New York, she received her degree in acting, music, and dance at Shenandoah Conservatory. With a passion for skin care and a former position at The Estee Lauder Companies, Michelle loves to talk about the products she loves. Wearing sunscreen every day is something she strongly advocates.
