Marc Santa Maria

Marc Santos Santa Maria was born in Galveston, Texas, the son of Alejandro Santa Maria, a Navy man and Asuncion de los Santos Santa Maria, a Nurse. As a kid, he attended Catholic private school in Jacksonville, Florida and public school in St. Petersburg, Florida. His family eventually settled in San Diego, California where Marc grew up with his younger sister and brother. He was consistently active in many of his schools' theatrical and performing activities. He graduated as Student Body President and Class Valedictorian. Marc then went to UC Riverside for his Freshman year, transferring to St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota and graduating with a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa in Philosophy and Spanish. He studied abroad in Seville, Spain. He got his law degree from NYU School of Law and became actively involved in theatre productions and theatre companies. He was an attorney for three years before leaving it to focus on his entertainment career full-time. Marc is married to Jess Gronh
