James Evans

James Evans is one of Australia's leading Shakespeare practitioners. Since January 2016 he has been Associate Director of Bell Shakespeare, Australia's pre-eminent theatre company specialising in Shakespeare and the classics. James's work with Shakespeare in juvenile detention centres is the subject of the feature film 'Kings of Baxter', winner of Best Australian Documentary at the 2017 Antenna Documentary Film Festival.
