Richard Duke

Richard Duke was born in Coimbatore, India. He spent his earliest years at the Families For Children Home in Podanur before being adopted in 1991 to be raised by an ex-pat British family in Canada. In the Fall of 2010, he moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada to pursue a professional acting career and has studied with acting coaches and teachers from LA, New York, and Vancouver. In the Spring of 2013, he began writing, directing, and producing in addition to acting. Due to his work in the fall of 2013 Richard was accepted into and completed the Emerging 20 mentorship program by ReelWorld, which is connected to TIFF. He has worked in Vancouver, LA, and Seattle, writing, directing, or producing. Richard studied general arts at the University of British Columbia for two years.
