Jennifer Brofer

A Texas native, Brofer joined the United States Marine Corps and served 10 years as a combat correspondent. In 2010, she deployed for a year to Afghanistan as her unit's Public Affairs Chief, coordinating news coverage of the Marines and sailors of 1st Marine Logistics Group (FWD). In 2012, she was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
