Ashley-Lauren Elrod

New York transplant; Ashley-Lauren Elrod is an indie award nominated seasoned actress, casting director, production designer, director, and BMI Affiliated singer-songwriter-composer. She has been publicly recognized in features such as Refinery 29, WCIU, MTV.COM, Vibe Magazine, and Peer Step Magazine, just to name a few. Originally from the "Windy City" of Chicago, this sassy siren has credits under her belt including "The Mob Doctor", Award Winning Indie "The Alley Cat" and "Followed" just to name a few. She has also been blessed to work with directors on projects ranging from Paul Haggis, Alfonso Gomez, to Regina Taylor. If Ashley isn't on set, teaching, or creating she's usually performing in venues, combining music and mission with her partners at Chicago Children's Advocacy Center combating child abuse and sex trafficking. She strives to make a difference creatively, one shot and song at a time.
