Lin Zhu

Lin Zhu was born on 22 October,1987 in Wuhu,China. Her father was a teacher and a reading enthusiasts,and her mother was a senior accountant. Having learned to read, she was more fascinated by her father's huge bookcase, especially the complete works of Shakespeare and French literature, than what was taught in school. Lin studied musicals when she was 10. There was not much opportunity for drama in her birthplace Wuhu, so Lin moved to Hangzhou with her parents when she was 14. A short experience in a local mini TV play as an actress made Lin become interested in acting and script art of film. After graduating from Communication University of Zhejiang in 2007 with a bachelor degree in Film and Television Performance, Lin was previously signed to Zhejiang Hengdian Film Production Company.
