Biography

Maddie Pottinger is an Australian actor who began acting on the stage and has a wide range of work in theatre, screen, the big screen, on stage, and as a professional model. She started training at age 14 at the National Acting School in Canberra ACT, on a part time basis, whilst performing in film and theatre throughout Canberra. Her first major professional production was a Charles Sturt Dentistry TVC by Silversun Productions, where she was referred to more consistent and paid work, within the Canberra Region. Madeleine soon moved to Sydney in 2010 and studied full time at Sydney Theatre School gaining her Perofmance in Theatre Diploma, as well as being taught by talented actors and directors such as Luke Rogers, Malcolm Frawley and Jerome Pride. Whilst studying at Sydney Theatre School, she also undertook the American Accent Course at the Actors Centre Australia, and Acting for Screen at NIDA.
