Marlo Franson

Marlo Franson was born March 25th, 1970 in Regina, Saskatchewan at the General Hospital. He began acting in his teenagers years, playing Mayor George Shinn in Music Man. He continued his acting training every year at the University of Saskatchewan while obtaining his BA in Psychology. He then moved to Vancouver, BC in hopes to start his acting career, he took courses at VFS but before he was able to focus more on acting, the internet came along. He continued acting course at UBC while trying to make a business online, which was successful in 2001. It took until 2008 when he got in stand up comedy and filming skits, that he was final able to obtain an agent and get back into acting. The rest is history as he began obtaining small roles here and there, a few roles lead him onto TV and in Movies early on but mostly Short Films was his start.
