Michela Pantano

Michela Pantano is a talent manager in the NY office of the bi-coastal management company, Vanguard Management Group, founded over 20 years ago by industry veteran, David Guç. Michela started in the industry at a young age, as an auditioning and working actor, but decided to pursue a career "behind the camera" when it was time for college. During her time at Hofstra University, Michela interned for top commercial casting offices in NY, and even attended a Television Writing Program for a semester at Columbia University. After graduating, Michela became an agent assistant in the children's department at Abrams (A3 Artists Agency), where she discovered her love for representation. She transitioned to talent management starting off as an executive assistant at Vanguard, and worked her way up in the company to talent manager in just 3 years.
