Ariel Kaplan

Ariel Kaplan is an Australian actress, singer, and dancer. She is best known for her role as Lisa Atwood #2 on "The Saddle Club". She is the younger sister of Dena Kaplan and Gemma-Ashley Kaplan. Ariel Kaplan and her sisters were born in South Africa, but their family moved to Australia. Ariel studied dance with The Jane Moore Academy of Ballet in Melbourne, Australia, and singing and piano with Harry Mullany. Her first performance in professional theatre was in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat". She then played Molly in "Annie", Gretel in "The Sound of Music", and Young Cossette in "Les Miserables". Ariel Kaplan gained wide prominence in 2006 when she shared the role with four other girls as Nala in "The Lion King". She was then invited to perform the role for a year in Shanghai.
