Biography

Tamika (Blassingame) Parrish was born & raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Tamika started modeling in her hometown at the age of 17 and she took her first acting class at the age of 21 at the Susan Batson studio in New York, where her passion for acting began. She later moved to Los Angeles and worked in commercials & print for AT&T, Home Depot, Verizon, SeaWorld, Bud Light and more. Tamika also starred as "Cecily Cardew" in the stage play "The Importance of Being Earnest" at the The Underground Theater in Los Angeles. Later, Tamika moved to Atlanta, Georgia and has worked with Helen Mirren & Donald Sutherland in the feature film "The Leisure Seeker", co-starred on the hit show Atlanta, and most recently Tamika Guest Starred on the Starz hit show, Black Mafia Family where she plays "Saundra" the younger sister of "Goldie" played by Academy Award winner Monique. Tamika lives in Atlanta, GA with her family.
