Ceci Balagot

Ceci Balagot (he/they) is an actor who is best known for playing 'Smackle' in "Girl Meets World" for Disney Channel, 'Grace' in "Desperate Housewives" for ABC and most recently as 'Clara' in "Dispatches From Elsewhere" opposite Jason Segel & Sally Field for AMC. Ceci graduated from the Orange County School of the Arts in 2019 having studied in the Musical Theatre Conservatory and has been acting, singing and dancing since he was a toddler. Ceci came out as TRANS/Non-Binary early 2021. He is excited to be starring as 'Frankie Stein' in Nickelodeon's first ever Movie Musical, "Monster High" set to release early Fall of 2022 on Nickelodeon and Paramount+.
