Richard Alan Hicks

Richard Alan Hicks was born in Albuquerque, NM. He is an actor and singer known for Vanguard Dispatch (2005) and First Lady (2018). He has also been an ASL Interpreter. Richard remembers being immensely moved seeing "Against a Crooked Sky" and his mom taking him out of school early in order to see "Star Wars". Movies inspired hope and progress in his young mind, such as Time Travelling in a DeLorean. Richard earned a Masters Degree in Public Policy and has worked in Washington DC on Capitol Hill. He has traveled on humanitarian missions in Africa and Europe; and has taught English in South Korea. Ric enjoys the challenge of getting into new characters and working with new directors. His mottos are: "live for the moment" and "win an Oscar".
