Steve Conner

Steve was born in a rural area in the southern part of the state of Georgia and grew up working on a farm. After Steve and his family moved to Atlanta when he was twelve years old, Steve attended and graduated from O'Keefe High School. After high school Steve entered Georgia State University as a history major but left school to enlist in the Army serving in Air Defense Artillery and the infantry and rising to the rank of sergeant. He then returned to civilian life and reentered Georgia State University and earned his BA in history and, after graduation received a commission as an Army infantry officer. After service in the army, Steve returned to civilian life and became a police officer. During his years as a police officer Steve earned a MS degree from Georgia State University, married and then attended law school at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. After graduating from law school Steve sat for the Bar Exam and passed it the first time. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georg
