Biography

Leann is an actress, a producer, a director, a classically trained opera singer, and a CA certified music and Mandarin teacher. She graduated from XingHai Music University China where she has received classical music training including singing opera, playing piano and accordion etc. Leann lived in China, Austria, and the American South teaching vocal performance, music and Mandarin before moving to Los Angeles. She speaks Mandarin, English, Cantonese, and also conversational German. Leann Lei made her TV debut, guest starring on the FOX series "Bones" as Tammy Hyun. She then appeared on ABC series "Castle" and TNT series 'The Last Ship", Netflix series "AJ and the Queen", Apple Plus series "Little America", Amazon series "Tales from the Loop".
