Oksanna Romanov

Oksanna is a multi-dimensional artist, whose passion is expressed through acting, producing, art, singing and songwriting. With the intention to utilize the creative energy of performance as a vehicle for transformation, Oksanna infuses this spirit into all areas of her life. As a child growing up in Ukraine, Kiev, Oksanna was being groomed for a life as a professional ice skater. Her training regiment included dance classes, and it was here that she discovered her love of dance. Rapid success followed. Within two years, Oksanna became Principle Dancer of the Therpsihora Dance Company directed by Natalia Chapkis. As lead dancer, she also taught classes and developed her unique fusion-style choreography. Expanding her vision, Oksanna formed her own dance company, Victoria. She served as an artistic director for two years. As an actress, Oksanna performed in the famed Kiev Theatre, with leading roles including Cinderella and Snegurochka.
