Biography
Alan Sepinwall is a television critic and author. Currently (2018-present), he's the chief television critic for Rolling Stone magazine and RollingStone.com. From 1996-2010, he wrote for The Star-Ledger (aka Tony Soprano's hometown paper), and later worked for digital sites HitFix and Uproxx. He is the author of The Revolution Was Televised, Breaking Bad 101, and Stop Being a Hater and Learn to Love The O.C., and co-author (with Matt Zoller Seitz) of TV (The Book) and The Sopranos Sessions. He was born and raised in New Jersey.
