Biography

Alina was born in Kharkov, Ukraine. At the age of five she was invited to attend a Music Academy that was a part of the College of Music and shortly after a Dance school. At the same time she started participating in acting competitions and won first place on a number of occasions. At one of these completions she met the Principle of the top acting school in town, Litseum of the Arts. This school was organized based on the Stanislavski system of a well-rounded acting education. There she studied speech, improv, movement for actors, directing, philosophy, psychology, literature, ethics, aesthetics, history of theater, and multiple languages (Russian, Ukrainian, German, English, Hebrew). The most recognized actors were guest teachers at the school and the school partnered with the best theaters in town to put together various productions.
