Stephen Spencer

Stephen Spencer appears on Fargo, Season 4 as season regular Dr David Harvard -- "educational bona fides unknown" -- "the WASP-y blowhard" and patrician who turns away the Italian mob from his private hospital, becoming the target of Josto Fadda (Jason Schwartzman) and the unwitting foil to Nurse Oraetta Mayflower (Jessie Buckley). Spencer trained at the FSU Asolo Conservatory and has primarily made his living as a character actor in Chicago and Regional Theatre.
