JJ Yosh

JJ Yosh is as an Adventurer, Filmmaker, TV and Film Personality, and Eco-visionary using film and TV to inspire people to explore the great outdoors and appreciate nature. He got a degree in chemical engineering at UCSB to understand how to design eco-friendly solutions to our industrial infrastructure. At UCSB, JJ co-founded an outdoors club, "The Excursion Club," to encourage his peers to get outdoors, but he soon learned that this was his calling in life. After JJ graduated, he felt compelled to find a medium to get more people to explore the natural world. So in 2006, JJ started a non-profit production company, now called Higher Earth Entertainment to create documentaries that would empower people to get outside.
