Angela Burt-Murray

Angela Burt-Murray is a screenwriter and executive producer for TV series and movies. As an award-winning journalist, Burt-Murray served as editor-in-chief of Essence magazine and also held positions at Glamour, Teen People and Honey magazines. She is also the co-author of "The Vow," which was turned into Lifetime movie "With this Ring" starring Gabrielle Union, Regina Hall and Jill Scott; the critically acclaimed humor book "The Angry Black Woman's Guide to Life"; and the thriller "Games Dives Play" which was optioned for television by BET.
