Biography

Megan Charpentier was born on May 26th, 2001 in New Westminster, British Columbia. She began her career in commercials at the age of 3, graduating to dramatic work 3 years later with her first guest star role in the series PAINKILLER JANE (2007). The succession of films and TV series that followed fuelled her love of acting from a young age. Highlights included the role of a young Amanda Seyfried twice, first in JENNIFER's BODY(2009) and again in RED RIDING HOOD (2011); and the role of the iconic villain The Red Queen in RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION (2012), starring Mila Jovovich. Megan's breakout role came at the age of 12, in Guillermo Del Toro's MAMA (2013) directed by Andy Muschietti. Starring opposite Jessica Chastain and Nikolai Coster-Waldau, she portrayed Victoria, a girl who was raised by a supernatural being and must relearn how to live among people.
