Biography

John Andrew Gearries was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. His recent ancestry includes British, Irish, French German, Scandinavian and Ashkenazi Jewish. John found his love for theater early on performing in high school musicals and watching Clint Eastwood movies with his Father. After college, he starred in a several independent films throughout Midwest cities like Indianapolis, Chicago, Louisville and Columbus, Ohio. In 2009 he moved to Hollywood and continued his journey in the field of entertainment as a comedian and actor graduating from The Second City and producing a few films under his own production companies. He has been cast in a variety of dramas, comedies and TV shows such as General Hospital, 1923 starring Harrison Ford, and 80 for Brady.
