Tara Macken

Born in a car in Kuwait, Tara is a byproduct of her Filipina mother and her Irish father. The Mackens lived in the Middle East until the eruption of the Gulf War, where they then moved to Brunei in Borneo. It was in Borneo where Tara became an outdoor junkie, hashing, flipping and climbing through the jungles of Brunei and Sarawak following toilet paper trails in hopes of a clean car ride home. After elementary school, Tara moved to Manila Philippines where she harnessed her natural outdoor skills into gymnastics, rock climbing and dance. Excelling in these sports, Tara competed and performed internationally in Hong Kong, Jakarta, Singapore, Taiwan and Manila with the ISM Dance Company, and the ISM gymnastics team. In high school Tara started modeling for print, commercials and runway shows under Calcarries modeling agency. After high school, Macken migrated to California to attend Santa Clara University.
