Kara Klenk

Kara Klenk is a stand up comic, writer and actor based in Los Angeles. She was named by Time Out New York as one of the Top 10 Funniest Women in NYC and has appeared on Comedy Central, TruTV, Oxygen, SpikeTV, Nickelodeon, Hallmark Channel, Food Network, TVGuide Network, Current TV, Biography, HLN, Comedy Central's Atom.com, CollegeHumor.com, AdultSwim.com, and MTV.com. Besides performing nightly at clubs, colleges, and alternative venues all over the country, Kara also ventured to Kuwait to entertain US troops and has headlined the famed Caroline's on Broadway as part of their Breakout Artists Series. She has written for Nickelodeon's HALO Awards MTV's Girl Code and contributed writing to Comedy Central's Broad City and TVLand's Younger. Kara also produces/hosts a long-running stand up show, If You Build It, every Sunday at the UCB East in NYC and on various dates at UCB in LA.
