Lou D'Amato

Lou D'Amato is an American Actor born to Frances & Louis D'Amato and has an older sibling Karen. His father is of Italian decent and his mother has Irish/Scottish/French ancestry. His paternal great grandfather came over from Italy and settled in Brooklyn NY, where he opened a bakery shop and raised a family. Although Lou is based in New York he is considered a bi-coastal actor as he also has a place he stays in Studio City, CA when filming in LA. Lou has come full circle after many years of dabbling in local theater, commercials and background work while working full-time. With the full support of his wife Debbie, Lou decided to leave the corporate world of finance to pursue his passion of acting on a full-time basis. His first foray was to focus mainly on developing his "actors" instrument by honing in on fundamental skills.
