Edd Scorpio

Edd Scorpio was born in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) when it was still officially referred to as "York". On his Mother's side he is related to at least four First Nations and some of the first French in North America. On his Father's side he is of N. African & Middle Eastern descent. He has appeared in dozens of films & TV series as well as some commercial and Theatre work. In The late 1970s he learned about Entertainment Promotion/Contracts and Sound & Light Engineering while working as a "Roadie" with many Canadian rock acts - then moved on to become a DJ/Music Programmer in various nightclubs in the Toronto (Ontario,Canada) area. As a Radio Broadcaster he worked as a Producer and Announcer in the Toronto area market (including CFNY 102.1 FM "The Spirit Of Radio") and was also an Instructor for the Broadcasting Program at Humber College (Production and Announce Techniques) - from which he himself is an Honours Graduate.
