John Lawson

John has appeared in numerous commercials and industrial videos in the Southeast. He can also be seen in short films from 2000-2016 from University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Elon University, and the NC School of Communications Arts & Sciences. (2007) John was a production assistant and featured extra on the Academy Award winning short, Two Soldiers. (July 2004) In 2004, John completed his first spec television pilot, Whistle Grove, the night before his son, Nikolas was born. (June 2006) John wrote and directed the experimental feature thriller, Scelerophobia, using a Canon home video camera and a cellphone camera in 2006. (2017) John wrote the screenplay The First Last Time for production. The film follows four girls in 1999 as they join a missing person's search in their hometown.
