Alison Smyth

Alison Smyth is a Canadian actress. She is known for her film debut Hairspray (2007), and the short film Primetime (2016). Smyth has also appeared on several talk shows including eTalk Daily (2010), Entertainment Tonight Canada (2010), CityLine (2009), and Breakfast Television (2004). In 2010 she won the Best Featured Female in a Musical Award from the Broadwayworld.com Toronto Awards for Jersey Boys and she has also been nominated for a Best Actress Award for the stage production Wait Until Dark (2015) at the Capital Critics Circle Awards in Ottawa, Canada.
